Cyclone Watch
Wednesday 11th January: The tropical Depression in the region of Tonga-Fiji is now not expected to develop into a Tropical Cyclone. Fiji Met Service says there is only a 5% chance that this Depression will form a cyclone.
By Viewing the SATELLITE image you can see storms brewing in the Pacifc that are likely to affect New Zealand. When a storm forms you can then track the storm and follow it's progress.
Used in conjuntion with forcasting you can use the SATELLITE image to check if there is more bad weather on its way or check to see if a storm has passed.
